The 12 Arab members of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) have an opportunity this week in Copenhagen in deciding which of four cities will host the 2016 Olympics (Chicago, Madrid, Tokyo and Rio) to begin a process to change the anti-Arab policies of the United States. If they award the decision to Chicago, they should demand that Chicago’s Mayor Richard M.
